Here is a poem that my mom gave me when I first became a believer. She told me that a successful Christian business man had wrote it, and encouraged me to read it. Since then, it has been impressed into my mind, and continues to encourage me to never give up on dreaming and praying in Christ. It was originally given to me in Korean, but I have translated it into English.

Here are some verses that this poem has led me to over the years to meditate on and to dream the kingdom dreams and my part in it and never stop praying for it Christ :

“In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” (Acts 2:17, NIV)

“Delight yourself in the LORD; and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He will do it.” (Ps.35:4-5)

“For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again, but the wicked stumble in time of calamity.” (Prov.24:16)

The steps of a man are established by the LORD; and He delights in his way. When he falls, he shall not be hurled headlong; because the LORD is the One who holds his hand.” (Ps.37:23-24)

“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” (Isa.41:10)
